2nd call for submissions: PhDs in Logic XII, Berlin, 27 - 29 April 2020 ?PhDs in Logic? is an annual graduate conference organized by graduate students. This interdisciplinary conference welcomes contributions to various topics in mathematical logic, philosophical logic, and logic in computer science. It involves tutorials by established researchers as well as short (20-25 minutes) presentations by PhD students, master students and first-year postdocs on their research. We are happy to announce that the 12th edition of ?PhDs in Logic? will take place at the Freie Universität Berlin, Germany, from April 27 to 29, 2020. Invited speakers are: Marianna Antonutti Marfori (LMU Munich, Germany) Christoph Benzmüller (FU Berlin, Germany) Juliana Bueno-Soler (CLE - State University of Campinas, Brasil) Hannes Leitgeb (LMU Munich, Germany) Alexander Steen (University of Luxembourg) Peter Verdée (Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium) Abstract submission: PhD students, master students and first-year postdocs in logic from disciplines, that include but are not limited to philosophy, mathematics and computer science are invited to submit an extended abstract on their research. Submitted abstracts should be no longer than 2 pages, including the relevant references. Each abstract will be anonymously reviewed by the scientific committee. Accepted abstracts will be presented by their authors in a short presentation during the conference. The deadline for abstract submission is 10th January 2020, and the notification of acceptance will be sent by 28th February 2020.
