PhD Fellowship (fully funded) in Theoretical / Experimental Philosophy

As part of the SNSF Eccellenza Professorship of Prof. Dr. Kevin Reuter, the Institute of
Philosophy at the University of Zurich invites applications for a fully funded PhD fellowship.

The fellowship starts 1st March 2020 (or slightly later). The position is for four years.

Tasks:
- carrying out research and writing a PhD thesis on dual character concepts or concepts more

Requirements:
- a very good Masters degree in philosophy, psychology or other related field (completed by 1st
March),
- excellent English language skills,
- previous research in theories of concepts or in semantics / pragmatics is a plus,
- serious interest in carrying out experimental studies, e.g. surveys on online platforms and
analysis of linguistic corpora,
- willingness and ability to contribute to organizing conferences.
