Two PhD or postdoctoral positions in knowledge-based systems, Dresden (Germany), Deadline: 12 May 2019

We are looking for two researchers to join the Knowledge-Based Systems 
Group at TU Dresden:

Project duration: until 31 Dec 2022 (extension possible)
Start of position: as soon as possible (details to be negotiated)
Application deadline: 12 May 2019

Main research areas:
- Position 1: logic, knowledge representation, AI
- Position 2: databases, reasoning, data exchange, AI

Requirements:
- PhD students: excellent MSc (or equivalent), solid education covering CS 
foundations, interest in the above topics
- Postdocs: prior work related to project topics, strong research record
German is not required (international group), but it can be a plus.
