Adelaide, Australia
Second call for papers: 2017 Annual Conference of the Australasian Association for Logic University of Adelaide Thursday 6 July - Saturday 8 July The conference will be held in conjunction with the annual conference of the Australasian Association of Philosophy, and overlap by one day, Thu 6 July. Papers can be on any topic in logic. Authors should aim for a time of 45 minutes including discussion. The plan is that the more philosophical papers will be on the day of overlap with the AAP, to enable interested parties from the AAP to attend. The more technical papers will be on one of the later days. Authors are asked to indicate their preference in their submissions, but this does not rule out a decision by the organizers. There will be a special session on Thur 6 July, on the philosophy of Richard Routley/Richard Sylvan, to support an upcoming issue of the Australasian Journal of Logic dedicated to his work. (See https://sites.google.com/site/aaladelaide2017/call-for-papers). Submissions are specially invited for this session. Please indicate if your paper is intended for this part of the AAL. Submissions in the form of an abstract of approximately 200 words should be made to: zach.weber@otago.ac.nz<mailto:zach.weber@otago.ac.nz> Deadline for submissions: 1 June The event is being organized by Chris Mortensen, Paul Oppenheimer, and Peter Quigley.
