The Frankfurt School of Finance & Management is one of Germany's leading 
business schools. We are pleased to announce a full-time academic position 
as

   Professor of Philosophy (open rank)

We are looking for internationally oriented candidates with a strong 
research record in theoretical philosophy. Specialisation in logic and 
argumentation theory and/or game and decision theory might be an 
advantage. Besides showing evidence of excellence in research, the 
successful candidate will be able to teach to the highest professional 
standards, offering courses within our Management, Philosophy & Economics 
programme as well as other Master?s and executive development degrees. We 
expect candidates to have a keen interest in topics at philosophy?s 
intersection with economics and display a willingness to contribute 
actively in the further development of our department and the Management, 
Philosophy & Economics degree.

We welcome applicants at assistant (tenure-track), associate and full 
professor level, commensurate with qualifications and experience. 
Candidates at assistant (tenure-track) and associate professor level are 
strongly encouraged to apply. Prerequisite for junior candidates is a 
Ph.D., which has to be completed by February 2017. We also explicitly 
welcome international applications. German language skills are not 
required.
