The DFG Research Unit FOR 1614 /What if? On the epistemological, pragmatic, 
psychological, and cultural significance of counterfactual thinking /offers

*a Position of a Scientific Coordinator for three years*

within the so-called Zentralprojekt of the unit**directed by its speaker, Prof. 
Dr. Wolfgang Spohn.

The position should start at July 1, 2015. The salary is 50% TVL E13. MA or 
comparable degree is presupposed, good knowledge of English and German as well 
as some basic familiarity with the topics of the unit is required. The position 
is ideal for pursuing a PhD project (which is preferably, but need not be 
related to the topics of the unit).

The main tasks to be performed are:

(a)organization of the group activities of the unit (workshops, plenary 
meetings, scientific retreats, jour fixe),

(b)maintenance of the homepage of the unit,

(c)budget control, accounting of the group activities.
