The Department of Philosophy at the University of South Carolina invites
applications for a full-time, tenure-track, position at the rank of Assistant
Professor, in the area of knowledge, language, and mind.AOS:Philosophy of mind,
philosophy of cognitive science, or related areas of philosophy of language or
epistemology.AOC: Open.The successful applicant will be expected to make a
significant contribution to the department's PhD program. Candidates must have
Ph.D. in hand on or before August 15, 2014.

work, and evidence of teaching ability.
