Euro-Xprag Master Class on Pragmatics and Language Processing

Euro-Xprag, a Research Network Program sponsored by the European Science
Foundation, is pleased to announce a Master Class on the topic of
Pragmatics and Language Processing. The event will be hosted at University
College London by the Department of Linguistics.

*Participation*

Participation is open to all interested researchers.  Given limited space,
however, we ask that you reserve a place.  All one has to do is send an
email to info@euro-xprag.org with ?Participate London Master Class? in the
subject line and with details (your name, affiliation and your interests)
in the body.

*Student Subsidies*

Euro-XPrag will subsidise attendance for 15 student participants. Subsidies
will take the form of two nights paid accommodation in a Bloomsbury hotel,
near the master class site.
To apply for a subsidy, once you have registered, send a one-page CV and a
200-word text stating why you are interested in attending the master class.
Those applying for subsidies are strongly encouraged to present a poster
(see below); a brief description of your anticipated poster is welcome.

*Poster Session*

A poster session open to all participants will be held together with a free
wine reception on 28 May. To apply to display a poster, please send a
one-page abstract or poster hand-out once you have received confirmation of
a place at the master class.
