Automatic Actions workshop 11.1.13, Universitt Duisburg-Essen, Campus Essen (R12 V05 D20) After the Control and the Absent Mind conference in the summer of 2012, we are organizing for the beginning of 2013 a follow-up event which brings together early-career philosophers based in Germany and the Netherlands working on automatic actions and habits and their theoretical and ethical implications for such concepts as intention, awareness, responsibility and freedom.
