The Department of Philosophy and Religion at The University of Tennessee
at Chattanooga invites applications for the tenure track position of
Assistant Professor of Philosophy, beginning fall semester, 2004. 6-8
undergraduate courses per year. AOS: Modern Philosophy (17th and 18th
Century). AOC: analytic philosophy, possibly logic, wide range of
undergraduate philosophy classes. Ph.D. completed or near completion at
time of appointment. Women and minority applicants especially welcome.
