We invite applications for a permanent research staff position in the
Algorithms group (http://researcher.ibm.com/researcher/view_pic.php?id=134)
at IBM TJ Watson Research Center. We do basic research in optimization,
approximation and online algorithms and other areas of theoretical computer
science and apply our theoretical ideas to industrial problems. Applicants
must have a Ph.D. (or obtain the degree by the time of employment) in
