"Algebras Related to Non-Classical Logics"
Call for Papers
This special issue of Studia Logica is devoted to recent developments in
the field of the structures that incorporate algebraic methods to the
study of logic, as the title suggests. We invite submissions of papers
presenting new results in the area, that can be of interest to both
logicians and algebraists. Any related papers are welcome, but we list
below a few focal points:
- Lattices-ordered groups
- Pseudocomplemented distributive lattices
- Bolean algebras with operators
- Heyting algebras
- Monadic Heyting algebras
- Relation algebras
- Ordered monoids
- (Generalized) MV and BL-algebras
- Pocrims
- Residuated lattices
- BCK-algebras
Invited authors
R. Cignoli, Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina
H. Sankappanavar, State University of New York, The College at New Paltz
T. Kowalski, Research School of Information Sciences and Engineering,
Australian National University
G. Beshanishvilli, Chapman University
T. Blyth, Mathematical Institute, University of St. Andrews, Scotland
G. Bordalo, Universidade de Lisboa, Portugal
Submission of Papers
Submitted papers should not exceed 20 pages (including bibliography).
The authors should send an email with subject Studia Logica Submission
to the guest editors (see below), with the file of the paper as an
attachment, and the following information in the body of the email in
plain text: paper title, author names, surface mail and email address of
the contact author.
Deadline for paper submission
The deadline for paper submissions is September 30, 2010, but we ask to
