Conference in Pecs, May 2003 "The Philosophy of Hilary Putnam"

The Philosophy of Hilary Putnam

International conference on the work of Hilary Putnam, with the presence
and responses of him. Participants hold 20 minutes presentations about
different topics of the work of Putnam. Every presentation is followed by
the response of Putnam and a discussion in another 20 minutes.

The conference is part of a series of conferences at the University P?cs,
Hungary, where until now there were conferences with and about J.
McDowell, D. Dennett, M. Williams, R. Brandom, R. Rorty, J. Derrida.

The conference is part of the new founded philosophy PhD program of the
University P?cs. The PhD studies can be made in Hungarian, or in German,
or in English or in French. The above mentioned persons are consultants of
the program.
