Journal "Conceptus" has new editors and a new publisher

Call for Papers: CONCEPTUS

In its 40th year of existence, and with the publication of its 91st
number, CONCEPTUS has gained two new editors and has moved to a new
publisher, the Ontos-Verlag. The editors would like to take this
opportunity to issue a renewed call for papers.

CONCEPTUS is devoted to the analytic tradition in philosophy broadly
conceived, while continuing the aims of its founders in encouraging
exchange between analytic philosophy and other approaches. Papers with an

historical focus should exhibit a clearly discernible systematic interest

and contribute to current debates in philosophy. Interdisciplinary
contributions are welcome, but they should pursue well-defined
philosophical aims. Contributions to CONCEPTUS will be blind-reviewed by
external referees or members of the advisory board.

CONCEPTUS publishes articles in English or German. Submissions should
normally not exceed 8,000 words and be prepared for blind review. Authors

should also provide an abstract of 100-150 words in English, even if the
paper is written in German. Reviews or review essays are accepted only by

agreement with the editors. Every attempt will be made to reach a decision

about acceptance within three months of submission. Upon acceptance,
authors will be expected to provide a version of their paper that conforms

to CONCEPTUS Style Guides. Further information is available at:
www.conceptus.at or by email to conceptus@conceptus.at.
