Please forward this to anyone who may be interested.

We are pleased to announce the second Young Set Theory Workshop, which
will take place from April 14 to 18, 2009 at the Centre de Recerca
Matemtica, Bellaterra. The Young Set Theory Workshops are annual and
take place at different European locations. The goal of these meetings
is to bring together PhD students and postdocs in set theory in order
to learn from senior researchers in the field, to hear about the
latest research, and to discuss research issues in small focused
groups. The first Young Set Theory Workshop was held in Bonn in 2008.

Due to space limitations, registration may be limited. Therefore, we
encourage to register as soon as possible in the following website:

We encourage ASL student members to apply for financial support
through the ASL (http://www.aslonline.org/studenttravelawards.html).
In addition to the ASL financial support there is a possibility to
obtain a travel grant from the workshop. If you wish to apply for it,
please send an email to Bernhard Irrgang (irrgang@math.uni-bonn.de).
Please indicate from where you will be travelling and if you will not
be able to attend if you do not receive travel funding. You will be
informed as soon as possible whether support is available.
