3rd and final CALL FOR PAPERS

3rd German-Polish Workshop on Logic and Logical Philosophy

March 29 - April 1, 2001,
Dresden University of Technology,
Germany

After previous workshops in Bachotek (1995) and Zagan (1998),
the third German-Polish Workshop on Logic and Logical Philosophy will
be held at Dresden University of Technology, again as a workshop under
the auspices of the Polish Association for Logic and Philosophy of
Science (PTL) and the Gesellschaft fuer Analytische Philosophie (GAP).
The idea is to bring together graduate students and established
scholars from Poland and Germany to stimulate both scientific exchange
and social contact. (As with previous workshops, guests from the Czech
Republic are also welcome.) The topics of interest range from
applications of Logic in Philosophy to Mathematical Logic.

Roman Murawski (Poznan)
Wojciech Penczek (Warsaw)
Peter Schroeder-Heister (Tuebingen)


PAPER SUBMISSION
Authors are invited to submit an abstract of at most
5 pages (postscript or pdf) by e-mail to
<Heinrich.Wansing@mailbox.tu-dresden.de>,
using `LLP submission' as the subject line. The first page
should include title of the paper, names of authors, the
co-ordinates of the corresponding author (including e-mail
address), and  some keywords describing the topic of the
paper. 

Due to various requests, the deadline for submissions 
has been extended. To be considered, submissions must be 
received no later than January 31, 2001. The notification date 
is February 10, 2001. There will be up to 10 grants available for
participants from Poland.
