Any registered individual has a right to submit a paper for presentation
as a contributed paper, but its acceptance is subject to the decision of
the Programme Committee. Contributed papers should be short research
reports, and the presentation of such a paper should not take more than
10-20 minutes, with 5-10 minutes reserved for comments and discussion.
Deadline for abstracts of contributed papers, February 1st., 2003.
