CSR 2008: CALL FOR PARTICIPATION 3rd International Computer Science Symposium in Russia June 7-12, 2008, Moscow, Russia *** WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO REGISTER BEFORE April 5, 2008 *** CSR 2008 is the third conference in a series of regular events started with CSR 2006 in St.Petersburg and CSR 2007 in Ekaterinburg. The main part of the program of CSR 2008 (see forthcoming LNCS 5010) consists of 33 contributed papers (out of 103 submissions) divided into two tracks, Theory and Application/Technology. AS CR, Czech Republic) Twelve Problems in Proof Complexity Florin Spanachi (SAP Research, Germany) Limsoon Wong (National University of Singapore) Manifestation and Exploitation of Invariants in Bioinformatics Yuri Zhuravlev and Konstantin Rudakov (Dorodnicyn Computing Center of RAS, Moscow) Uri Zwick (Tel Aviv University, Israel) Simple Stochastic Games, Mean Payoff Games, Parity Games The conference program will include two special sessions: 1. Andrei Muchnik. In Memoriam. 2. Teaching Computer Science. There will be a pre-conference (June 6-7) Russian-Indian Workshop on Algebra, Combinatorics and Complexity (ACC 2008) organized by Meena Mahajan and Mikhail Volkov. Early registration is especially important for foreign participants in order for both you and us to complete the required official paperwork needed to get a visa. Early registration deadline is April 5, 2008. Late registration deadline is May 5, 2008. Limited support is available for participants from Russia.
