QIP 2008 is being organized by the Indian Association of Research in
Computing Science with support from the Indian Institute of
Technology, New Delhi, and the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research,
Mumbai. In addition to contributed papers, QIP 2008 will have several
invited talks that feature the most exciting developments in the past
