Open Positions at Gent University on the Application of adaptive Logics to
Topics in the Philosophy of Science

The Centre for Logic and Philosophy of Science of Ghent University has the
possibility to employ pre-doctoral and post-doctoral researchers for a
project on the application of adaptive logics to topics in the philosophy of
science.

Possible research topics include:
- The application of adaptive logics to such topics as induction,
abduction, the dynamics of theories, causation, counterfactual
reasoning.
- The formulation of new adaptive logics in view of such applications.
