"Phenomenology and Logic", Paris

2 June 2007

LS,

on Saturday, June 2, the IHPST (Paris) will organise a meeting around
Robert Tragesser's book Phenomenology and Logic (Cornell University Press,
1977).

Six readers with different philosophical backgrounds will present, in an
informal manner, their thoughts, reflections and suggestions concerning
this seminal book.

Robert Tragesser will be there to reply, elaborate, and discuss. "This
event," he says, "will initiate my re-writing of Phenomenology & Logic
(which appeared 30 years ago) in the light of this discussion and the
considerable recent work that has been done (by others) at the juncture of
phenomenology, logic and mathematical thought."

The six readers are:

Jacques Dubucs
Juliette Kennedy
Carlos Lobo
Wioletta Miskiewicz
Gran Sundholm
Richard Tieszen
