New mathematics journal: Tbilisi Mathematical Journal
Dear colleagues,
Recently a new international journal Tbilisi Mathematical Journal
(http://ncst.org.ge/tmj/) has been launched.
Tbilisi Mathematical Journal (TMJ) is a fully refereed international
journal, publishing original research papers in all areas of mathematics.
Papers should satisfy the high standards and only works of high quality
will be recommended for publication.
Tbilisi Mathematical Journal is published in electronic format by National
Centre for Science and Technology (http://ncst.org.ge/). A print edition
of TMJ is co-published by National Centre for Science and Technology and
Amsterdam University Press (http://www.aup.nl/).
On June 2006 the non-governmental and non-profit independent academic
institution National Centre for Science and Technology was founded in
Tbilisi, Georgia. The aim of NCST is to facilitate new impetus for
development in various areas of science and technology in Georgia, to
promote further successful research in fundamental and applied sciences in
Georgia, to develop new scientific contacts and opportunities for mutual
scientific and economic benefit and to improve overall conditions for
conducting scientific research and education in Georgia.
The Editorial Board of TMJ consists of well-known international experts in
the fields covering most important areas of mathematics. The editors and a
rigorous refereeing procedure will ensure the highest international
standards. There are two mathematical logicians on the editorial board and
papers in mathematical logic are most welcome, in particular if they
contain connections to other parts of mathematics.
We would like kindly ask to consider submitting an original research paper
for possible publication in Tbilisi Mathematical Journal and to promote
our journal among your fellow-workers and colleagues. Feel free to forward
this message. Many thanks in advance.
If you have any further questions, please contact the logic editors Guram
Bezhanishvili (Las Cruces NM, U.S.A.; gbezhani@nmsu.edu) or Benedikt Loewe
(Amsterdam, The Netherlands; bloewe@science.uva.nl) for questions.
Submission of papers will be handled via the EasyChair submission system:
http://www.easychair.org/TMJ/.
With best regards,
The TMJ Management Team
