Second Announcement and Call for Papers 6th PANHELLENIC LOGIC SYMPOSIUM July 5-8, 2007, Volos, Greece The Panhellenic Logic Symposium (PLS) is a biannual scientific event established in 1997. It is open to researchers from Greece, as well as from other countries, who work on logic broadly conceived. The language of the Symposium is English. The Sixth Panhellenic Logic Symposium will take place in Volos, Greece, from July 5 to July 8, 2007. Original papers that fall within the scope of the symposium are solicited. Authors are invited to submit an extended abstract not exceeding five pages by March 30, 2007. Papers must be written in English; they should be submitted electronically to: PLS.submissions@gmail.com In addition, the authors should send a cover page with their addresses (postal and email), telephone numbers, and a statement classifying the paper in one of the following areas: Mathematical Logic and Set Theory; Logic in Computer Science; History or Philosophy of Logic; Other (please specify). All submitted papers will be reviewed by the scientific committee of the symposium, who will make final decisions on acceptance or rejection. Accepted papers will be presented by one of their authors during the symposium. Each accepted paper will be allocated a thirty minute period for presentation and question. Authors of submitted papers will be notified of the decision by early May 2007. Camera-ready extended abstracts (not exceeding five pages) will be due by May 31, 2007, for inclusion in the proceedings of the symposium that will be distributed to all participants.
