Biannual meeting of the German Logic Society (DVMLG)
Colloquium Logicum 2006 (CL 2006) will take place following the Annual
Meeting of the German Mathematical Society (DMV) at Bonn. CL 2006 will
start on Friday, September 22 at 2:15 pm and conclude on Sunday, September
24 at 4 pm. Complete information in German and English is available at the

Colloquium Logicum 2006 will present a wide spectrum of formal logic,
including mathematical and philosophical logic, and logic in
computerscience. Plenary lectures will be given by:

The schedule of talks as well as titles and abstracts are available at the
conference website.
There will be two sessions for 25 minute contributed talks (including
discussion). We still solicit talks from all branches of logic and related
areas. Please send your theme and informative abstract to the addresses
below before September 1, 2006, preferably by Email.
The general assembly of the DVMLG will take place Saturday evening after
the scientific program.
The regular conference fee is a modest 20 Euros (10 Euros for students),
covering conference material, coffee breaks, and sandwiches on Sunday
lunchtime. The conference fee will be collected at the conference desk.
Please register as soon as possible according to the registration
information on the website.
Note that the DMV Annual Meeting includes a plenary talk by A. Kechris,
Caltech, on "Logic and dynamical systems" on Wednesday, September 20th,
and two minisymposia on logic on Thursday and Friday. The Friday sessions
(but not the Thursday sessions) of the minisymposia are also part of
Colloquium Logicum 2006 and do not require registration at the DMV
meeting.
