CfP: Modalities and Quantification in Reasoning Workshop, 18–19 September 2025, Central European University (Austria)

Central European University (CEU) invites the submission of abstracts for talks to be presented at the Workshop �Modalities and Quantification in Reasoning�. The workshop will take place on September 18th and 19th, 2025, and is organized by the Department of Philosophy of CEU, within the FWF-DFG project  �Modal Reasoning, Quarc, and Metaphysics� (MODREQUAM; https://www.fwf.ac.at/en/research-radar/10.55776/I6499).

The workshop focuses on current trends in logic, philosophy of logic and philosophy of language. We invite contributions on related areas of research, such as (but not limited to):

� Philosophy of modalities
� Formal semantics
� Non-classical logics
� Applications of modal logics
� Ontology and metaphysics

Anonymised abstracts should not exceed two pages, including references, and should be sent to PascucciM@ceu.edu<https://mailto:PascucciM@ceu.edu/> by August 11th, 2025. Acceptance of contributed talks will be communicated to authors by August 25th, 2025.
