In the last decade, the growth of the Internet and other web technologies h
ave driven fast developments of various networking technologies that are be
coming primary parts of our daily lives. The wealth of existing algorithms 
and architectures for parallel and distributed computing combined with the 
proliferation of future wireless technologies and electronic devices result
ed in a fast-growing adoption of future networks and highly decentralized s
ystems. Future networks and distributed systems research is an interdiscipl
inary research field involving academic researchers in computer science, co
mmunication engineering, physics and social and behavioral studies, as well
 as information technology industry consultants and practitioners to suppor
t multiservice, multimedia services convergence, service ubiquity and conte
xt awareness, mobility, fixed-mobile convergence, variable connectivity, qu
ality of service, spontaneous and autonomic networking and other capabiliti
es.

The 2024 International Conference on Future Networks and Distributed System
s (ICFNDS 2024) aims at addressing advances in research on distributed syst
ems and future networks, covering topics ranging from enabling technologies
 to emerging applications and industrial experiences. ICFNDS aims to encour
age both researchers and practitioners to exchange and share their experien
ces and recent studies in an interactive atmosphere.

The 2023 ICFNDS meeting was held in Dubai, UAE. The 2022 ICFNDS meeting was
 held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The 2021 ICFNDS meeting was held online due 
to the pandemic. The 2020 ICFNDS  meeting was held in St. Petersburg, Russi
a. The  2019 ICFNDS meeting was held at The University of Paris Sud, France
. The  2018 ICFNDS  meeting was held at The Middle East University, Amman, 
Jordan. The 2017 ICFNDS  meeting was held at The Mller Centre, Churchill
 College, University of Cambridge, Cambridge, UK.

Authors are solicited to contribute original, unpublished contributions in 
all aspects of future networking and distributed systems. Submitted article
s must not be concurrently considered elsewhere for publication.

The online submission is now open. All submissions must be made online from
 the hosted by Microsoft CMT. Email submissions will NOT be accepted. You n
eed to have a CMT account to submit your papers. If you need to edit any au
thor information or resubmit your paper, it may be done up until the submis
sion deadline. Use the author account you created during the initial submis
sion, to edit or resubmit. Please read the Submission Instructions before s
ubmitting your paper to the system. You can submit your paper through the f

The current ACM proceedings templates in Word and LaTeX formats can be down

m>). The TPC chairs may immediately reject submissions that violate the for

Please note that ICFNDS 2023 proceedings will be published by ACM ICPS and 
therefore all the policies and regulations of ACM ICPS will be applied as d
etailed in the (ACM Publication Policies: http://www.acm.org/publications/p
olicies/toc).

Each paper must deal with original and unpublished work, not submitted for 
publication elsewhere (copyright problems fall entirely under the responsib
ility of the authors). Each paper will be reviewed by at least three expert
s in the relevant field based on its originality, timeliness, significance,
 relevance, and clarity of presentation ensuring the publication of only to
p-quality contributions. When a paper is accepted at least one of the autho
rs has to register for the conference and deliver the related talk.
