14-15 Oct 2020
Probability and Meaning (PaM2020) is a conference organised by the Centre
of Linguistic Theory and Studies in Probability (CLASP;
http://clasp.gu.se) at the Department of Philosophy, Linguistics and
Theory of Science (FLoV; http://flov.gu.se/english) at the University of
Gothenburg, October 14-15th. After careful consideration of the pandemic
situation, the conference is moving online. The conference is sponsored by
SIGSEM (http://sigsem.org) the ACL special interest group on semantics.
PaM brings together researchers interested in computationally relevant
probabilistic approaches to natural language semantics. PaM will include
symbolic, machine learning and experimental approaches to this task, as
well as hybrid models.
The registration for PaM2020 is now open and free (!) at
https://sites.google.com/view/pam2020/registration
In order to participate in the conference and gain access to the talks
registration is necessary. The talks will be made available before the
conference starts.
Best,
PaM Committee
