The 97th edition of the "Arbeitstagung Allgemeine Algebra" (Workshop on
General Algebra, AAA) conference series is going to be held at
Technische Universität Wien in Vienna, Austria.

Winter has come and the early bird ? is going to depart to the South ?
soon. So register before it is too late!

PROGRAM

The conference topics include Universal Algebra, Connections with Model
Theory, Lattices, Categories, Semigroups, Applications in Computer
Science, Classical Algebra, and Interactions with Philosophy. The
program will consist of five invited plenary lectures of one hour, as
well as contributed talks of about 20-25 minutes held in up to three
parallel sessions. All participants are welcome to give a contributed talk.

VENUE

The conference will take place at Technische Universität Wien right in
the heart of Vienna. Travel details are provided on the conference website.

REGISTRATION

Registration can be performed via our website or at the conference. The
conference fee is to be paid in cash on the spot, includes the
conference dinner, and amounts to
70 EUR (online registration until 31 December 2018)
75 EUR (online registration until 31 January 2019)
80 EUR (online registration until 17 February 2019)
90 EUR (registration on site, no previous online registration)

SUPPORT

Please contact us for potential support if your institution cannot cover
the conference fee. Depending on our budget we might also be able to
support your travel expenses. We particularly encourage students to
contact us if this situation applies.
