Book announcement: "Trends in Computational Social Choice"

I'm pleased to announce the publication of a new open-access book on "Trends in
Computational Social Choice":

http://tinyurl.com/TrendsCOMSOC

Computational social choice is concerned with the design and analysis of
methods for collective decision making. It is a research area that is
located at the interface of Computer Science and Economics. This volume
reports on a number of recent research trends in computational social
choice. It has three parts. The first part presents novel scenarios in
which methods for collective decision making are required. The second part
introduces novel techniques for the analysis of such methods. The third
part, finally, discusses a range of innovative applications enabled by
recent research in computational social choice.

This collection of 20 chapters has been produced with the support of COST
(European Cooperation in Science and Technology) and represents the final
dissemination activity of COST Action IC1205 on Computational Social
Choice. It is published by the AI Access Foundation.

From the website above, you can download both the full book and the
individual chapters for free, and you can purchase the reasonably priced
paperback version.

Best wishes,
Ulle Endriss
