MAMLS IN DC

There is to be a Mid Atlantic Mathematical Logic Seminar at Washington, D.C.
on April 21 and 22, 2001. The conference is being organized by Ali Enayat
(American University) and Michael Moses (George Washington University).

There are to be eight invited speakers:

Shawn Hedman (University of Maryland, College Park): Title to be announced

Iraj Kalantari (Western Illinois University): A Blend of Methods of Recursion
Theory and Recursive Analysis

Julia Knight (University of Notre Dame): Complexity and quantifiers in
arithmetic

Larry Moss (University of Indiana): Connections of Coalgebra to Logic and
Recursion

Steve Simpson (Pennsylvania State University): Muchnik and Medvedev Degrees of
Pi^0_1 Subsets of 2^omega

Yi Zhang (Istanbul Bilgi University, Turkey): Adjoining Cofinitary
Permutations
