Your tasks:

The successful candidate will possess a solid record of teaching and
scholarship in one or more of the following areas: Medieval Philosophy or
Early Modern Philosophy, Philosophy of Mind, Epistemology, Phenomenology.
An excellent track record of publications in high ranking international
journals is expected of the candidate. It is desired that he or she is
able to engage with different philosophical traditions. In addition to
maintaining an active research agenda, the successful candidate will
contribute to the department's teaching program on all levels (Bachelor,
Master, Teacher Training, PhD). The teaching load will be eight hours per
week.

Profile:

Successful candidates should demonstrate:

? Doctoral degree and post-doc work experience at a university or research
institute

? Habilitation (venia docendi) in Theoretical philosophy or equivalent
academic qualification

? Doctoral degree in Theoretical philosophy

? excellent social skills

? publications in Theoretical philosophy, Medieval Philosophy or Early
Modern Philosophy, Philosophy of Mind, Epistemology, Phenomenology

? excellent track record in carrying out and supervison of research in the
field of Theoretical philosophy

? Outstanding educational and didactic skills as well as a high quality
teaching skills

? Teaching experience in the field

Experience in university teaching, and willingness and ability to teach at
all curricular levels, to supervise theses, and to further the work of
junior academic colleagues

University professors will be classified accordng to the Collective
Bargaining Agreement for University staff inot the salary group A1. The
salary will be individually negotiated under consideration of the previous
