München (TUM), Germany.

QR-2013 will bring together researchers in qualitative reasoning, commonsense
reasoning, cognitive systems and interaction technologies, and practitioners of
theoretical and applied artificial intelligence for engineering and
decision-support systems.

The workshop will be hosted at Schloss Etelsen, a beautiful summer palace in
the outskirts of the city of Bremen, Germany.

QR 2013 will feature a day of tutorials, a scientific track with full paper
presentations, posters track, system demonstrations, and social events.
