** Call for Participation**

This  event will be held  from August 6th to August  9th  at  the
Centre for Logic, Epistemology and the History of Science ? CLE, State
University of Campinas ?UNICAMP  within  the scope of the
international  project  ?MaToMUVI - Mathematical Tools for  the
Management of Uncertain and Vague
Information?.

MaToMUVI   is a research project involving  13 Universities in
Argentina, Brazil, Italy and Spain  funded by Marie Curie
International Research Staff Exchange Scheme (IRSES) 2009 project and
co-funded by the European Commission within "Marie Curie" actions of
the Seventh Framework Programme


Research topics areas include:

- Semantics for Uncertain and Vague Reasoning
   (including fuzzy, paraconsistent, etc.);

- Logics and Mathematics of Uncertainty and Vagueness;

- Philosophy of Inexactness
