Postdoctoral fellowship in theoretical computer science (algorithmic game theory), New York NY (U.S.A.), Deadline: 10 Dec 2011

The Simons Foundation has awarded New York University a Postdoctoral 
Fellowship in Theoretical Computer Science for a two-year period starting 
in the summer or fall of 2012.  Applicants in all areas of theory are 
encouraged to apply; current areas of activity include approximation 
algorithms, complexity theory, cryptography, data structures, algebra and 
geometry, probabilistic methods, and algorithmic game theory. Postdoctoral 
Fellows will have the opportunity to work with all members of the theory 
group at NYU.

Eligibility: Candidates must receive their PhD during the academic year
immediately preceding that in which the fellowship would begin (i.e.
2011-2012). There are no other restrictions.

The fellowship stipend is intended to attract the highest caliber of 
applicants. In addition, fellows will receive a $7,000/year research 
budget, for expenses such as travel and equipment.
