Participants are invited to submit abstracts of papers they would like to
 
present; these will be refereed by the scientific committee before final 
acceptance.

ACCOMMODATION Accommodation in York is in great demand in summer, so early
 
registration and reservation of accommodation is advised.  The conference
 
will be able to offer up to 70 rooms on campus or nearby at preferential 
rates -- see below.  The deadline for making firm bookings of University 
Campus accommodation is 31st January.  Bookings after this deadline cannot
 
be guaranteed and delegates may have to find their own accommodation.

Room rates on campus:  38 per person per night ensuite (bed and 
breakfast), some doubles available.

Room rates off campus (limited availability).

Double rooms: ensuite 70, basic 50.

Family room ensuite for 3 persons will be 80.

A detailed booking form will be available on the website by the end of 
December, together with details of how to pay.

LUNCH & DINNER will be available at various locations on campus or in the
 
City of York (about 30 minutes walk or 15 minutes by frequent bus).

REGISTRATION FEE:  80 payable by 31 March 2009.  After this date the 
registration fee will increase.

CONFERENCE DINNER This will be held on Thursday 6th August at the King's 
Manor (see http://www.york.ac.uk/admin/presspr/kmanor/) at a cost of 
approx 30.
