LECTURER in HUMAN-COMPUTER INTERACTION

Applications are invited for the post of Lecturer in UCL Interaction 
Centre (UCLIC), UCL. The post is available from 15th September 2008 for
 
12 months to cover maternity leave, with a possible extension to 15 months
 
subject to funding. Salary is in the range 33,561 - 44,194 (inclus
ive 
of London Allowance).

UCLIC is a Centre of Excellence in Human Computer Interaction, working 
collaboratively with industry and the research community and drawing on 
the best scientific traditions in computer science and psychology. We 
offer an advanced Masters course in HCI with Ergonomics which regularly 
recruits 30-40 high calibre students. We are seeking to appoint someone
 
with knowledge of cognition and HCI, and with enthusiasm for teaching MSc
 
students and psychology undergraduates.
