Postdoc position at CWI, Amsterdam, the Netherlands

The Algorithms, Combinatorics and Optimization group (PNA1) at the
Centre for Mathematics and Computer Science (CWI) in Amsterdam, the
Netherlands, has an open position for a postdoc for a period of one
year in the area of (preferably algorithmic) mechanism design.

The position has to be filled by the end of this year.  Research will
take place in the NWO funded project ``Distributed
Implementations of Adaptive Collective Decision Making'' (DIACoDeM).
The project employs three postdocs from three groups at CWI: PNA1,
Coordination Languages (SEN3) and Computational Intelligence and
Multi-agent Games (SEN4).

Applicants are expected to have a proven research experience in
mechanism design and/or theory of strategic games.

Terms of employment

The salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the
``CAO-onderzoekinstellingen" and are based on qualifications. Moreover,
CWI offers attractive working conditions, including flexibility and
initial help with housing for foreigners.
